Our automatic lines are designed to yield profitable production while reducing general maintenance costs at an affordable investment level for tissue converters. At SERVIPAP, we can integrate new and independent sections to a tissue/towel/napkin converting line, as well as supplying a complete production line. We provide systems for rolled and folded products including unwinders, embossers/laminators, printing units, rewinders or folding heads, tail sealers/accumulators, log saws and automatic transfers units.

PRE-OWNED MACHINES
We provide pre-owned converting machines that have been inspected by our technical team, to ensure you get the highest level of performance at an accessible rate.
Pre-Owned converting machines can be an accessible investment and beneficial for many tissue converters to expand current product lines, increase capacity, cover immediate product demands or for new companies to become part of the tissue converting industry. For that reason, at Servipap we promote, broker and provide Pre-Owned converting machines that are in operational condition and have been inspected by our technical team. In addition, installation, start-up support, operational training and shipment can be provided upon request by our team of professionals.

PARENT ROLLS
& CORE BOARD
When bringing both services together (machinery & parent rolls), SERVIPAP and its customers gain a unique insight of the tissue converting world that few suppliers of the industry can combine. Therefore, with our paper and core board alternatives, our connection with you goes beyond a machine transaction.
We have developed long-term relationships with manufacturers of jumbo rolls of tissue, napkin, towel and core board. These partnerships enable us to provide our clients with flexible pickups with your preferred carriers, as well as arranging Door-to-Port shipments.
In addition to the supply of parent rolls, at SERVIPAP we can assist tissue converters with the logistics to the extend they prefer, from arranging flexible pick up dates with their preferred carriers, to arranging Door-to-Port shipping.
